Welcome to another exciting year of Phantoms Fastball! Just a couple of things that we in Zone 4 Phantoms Fastball wanted you to be aware of as we approach another busy and exciting year!

U5 | Born 2018-2019, Tuesday and Thursday evenings (May-June) 

• Is the introductory level of softball, which uses a softer bat and ball as well as a “honking base”
• No Glove needed
• Teams are co-ed 
• Receive Timbits T'shirt
• ​Start off with a warm-up, skill development activities (30 minutes), followed by modified games should be no longer than 30 minutes. Start time is 6:00pm and finish at 7:00pm.

U7 | Born 2016-2017, Monday and Wednesday evenings (May-June)

• Uses modified activities and games to develop skills - all players start to learn to pitch
• Everyone bats each inning
• Gloves required, helmets and cages required, field masks required
• Teams are coed 
• They now player pitch with coaches alternating if needed
• Receive Timbits T'shirt 
• ​Games last approx. 75 min. , warm up and skill development activities (30 minutes) and then 45 minute game. Start time is 6:00pm and finish at 7:15pm.

U9 | Born 2014-2015, Tuesday and Thursday evenings (May-June)

• U9 is where the game begins to develop for all positions
• They now player pitch with coaches alternating if needed 
• The emphasis is on fun, skill development and learning the game
• Gloves required, helmets and cages required, field masks required 
• ​Receive Timbit Tshirt, teams are coed
• ​Start time is 6:00 pm sharp with a 30 min. warm up that includes skill development followed by 1 hour game. Finish at 7:30 pm.
