Junior League Registration Info

Registration deadline to be considered for an A Team is January 29, 2026. Evaluations begin in February. Players must be registered by this date to be eligible for A Team consideration. Late registrations will not be accepted for A Teams.

Registration deadline for B Teams is March 1, 2026.

Registrations received after March 1 will incur a $50 late fee. Players registering after this date are not guaranteed placement within the Phantoms Zone and may be moved to another zone requiring additional players.

2025 Registration Fees

Bingo Deposit

A mandatory $50 bingo deposit applies to all U11, U13, and U15 players. This amount is refunded once one bingo shift is completed.

Bingos help keep registration fees low and support diamond improvements, new equipment, uniforms, and other zone needs. The zone pays $100 per bingo worked, credited to your team account.

Bingo income may not exceed allowable expenses (registration fees and out-of-town travel including fuel, meals, and hotel). Instead of working a bingo, families may pay $50 for a worker, which results in a net benefit of $30 per bingo.

Volunteer Deposit

To support smooth league operations, the Phantoms are implementing a $50 volunteer deposit for all Junior League registrations. This deposit is refunded once a volunteer role or activity is completed.

Volunteer opportunities may include (but are not limited to):

• Coaches
• Managers
• Treasurers
• Diamond duties
• Other zone support roles
